Starting this month, Rock n' Rose will start carrying new brands of clothing for women such as Dear Creatures, Mink Pink, Motel Rocks, just to name a few! Come in and check out what's been going on-you'll love what you see!

biergartens!

We just start selling Biergartens (beer gardens) at the store today. They're locally made and hand crafted from reclaimed and recycled materials. Right now, we're carrying the 2' window sill design, but you can put them anywhere that gets some sun. They each hold five planters cut from 22 ounce craft beer bottles with hand sanded edges, as well as 22 craft beer caps inlayed in the base. They can be purchased without plants for $50, or for just $10 more they come with soil and plants - ready to spruce up your home, bar, or restaurant. Currently we have spider plants, as seen in the picture, but we'll have pothos and possibly some other options soon too.

The biergartens are available in any size from 6" (one bottle and six caps) to.. well as big as you want.

Coming soon, we'll be offering wine gardens - same idea, but with wine bottles and cork inlays.

Check em out and help subsidize a local artist's drinking habit!

Salad Days films in rock n rose

We just got done with filming a scene for an upcoming film called Salad Days in the store. For a couple of hours this afternoon, the store was transformed into a movie set, with about 20 cast and crew busy with lights, sound, wardrobe, make-up, and cameras. Everyone was really great, and it was a lot of fun to watch the shoot. Wardrobe loved our feather earrings from bird crap featherwear, and decided to use them for the shoot; where they were prominently featured in close-ups in the scene. We're really excited to see it all come together in the premiere!

New Mid-Century Furniture and Housewares!

Vintage housewares have been a real hit with you guys since we brought them into the store earlier this year. We're slowly building our collection to help meet the demand, and wanted to let you know about a couple neat pieces we brought in today.



This pair of mid century hardwood chairs with bent ply backs and black vinyl upholstered seat cushions are sweet!



I love, love, LOVE this mid century rocker. Super unique, and super comfy!

EDIT: The yellow rocker just sold after 3 hours on the floor! We'll work to bring in some new furniture pieces soon!
